Macross City was located on the island then aboard the ship so that should have its own article, on other hand, Macross Nald's is not known to have more than one branch/outlet.

Yokohama Marine Tower and China Town for example could be merged with Yokohama, an article that has less than 10 lines.

But it then turns out that there was already a different version in category:Images (A Rainy Night) that seems to have higher contrast and quality.
Duplicate images can corrected using Special:FileDuplicateSearch but it didn't work for these two since they are so different in contrast and quality.
The newer images i.e. 2015, 2014 are categorized by episode. This one for example uploaded in 2012 isn't.
I'll start categorizing the ones I can be sure of.

Great image policy this site has but it can be enforced absolutely by having custom upload forms, that way a user must type a source and description for their file to be uploaded. code to make a custom upload form
I think we should identify which images are from episode. It is good the filename says who is in the image but it is unfortunate that it does not say which episode.
For memorable scenes like this, I instantly know this is from episode 1.
But a cropped image like this with no indication in filenames, description or categories makes it hard to identify.
