A Captain was present during the Robotech Expeditionary Force briefing by Exedore in 2022. During the meeting, he took a few verbal jabs at the Zentraedi, only to be corrected by Rick Hunter. He accused Rick of favoring Zentraedi over his own people and the Zentraedi of still being loyal to the Robotech Masters. Rick began to tell him off only to be interrupted by Emil Lang, who then tried to restore order before temporally halting the meeting to give a broadcast. (Robotech II: The Sentinels)
