Christmas was a human holiday celebrated on Earth on the 25 December.
It continued to be celebrated after the destruction of much of the Earth's populace. On one Christmas in 2014, the holiday took a dark turn as Khyron attacked New Macross City, leaving much of the city under fire, with many lives lost. Despite this, the citizens were still able to find room for the Christmas spirit, as many of them began to sing Silent Night as the SDF-1 was light-up with festive lights.
