Daniels was a soldier in the Robotech Expeditionary Force from the 10th Division. He fought with Lance Belmont in a mission to destroy an Invid Hive in Uruguay. During the attack, he piloted a MBR-12 MK II. Condor but died when he collided with the Hives barrier system. (Robotech: Invasion: "Part 4").
