Dennis Brown was the TASC commander of the Black Lions Squadron. He was considered to be on the best pilots in the Army of the Southern Cross.

As far as pilots of the Army of the Southern Cross go, Dennis Brown was a survivor. He usually said what he believed in, even if it landed him into trouble from his superiors. He wasn't afraid of taking a bullet for his comrades, as evidenced when he was black-balled from a major military offensive after he took the blame for when Marie Crystal went on a bender.
