The Excalibur MK VII was a next-generation Destroid based off the Tomahawk used by the Robotech Expeditionary Force. Many were deployed aboard the SDF-3 and fought against the Invid swarms.
According to one source, at least three of these were deployed against the Inorganics controlled by T. R. Edwards at Tirol. (Robotech II: The Sentinels: Requiem for Justice)
In another source, in an alternate protoverse, they were in service just after the First Robotech War. (Robotech: Remix)
