Exedore was a male Zentraedi who served as Minister of Affairs in Breetai's armada. He later was a member of the REF during the issues in the Local Group.
He also wrote several texts, including Military Intelligence Analysis Report and SDF-3 and Me, and was also the subject in one of Brian Lapstein's Interviews.
