Jonathan Wolfe was a Veritech and hovertank pilot married to Catherine Wolfe and father to Johnny Wolfe. After the end of the First Robotech War, he fought in the Malcontent Uprisings before joining the REF on the Pioneer mission. He also fell in love with Lynn Minmei, although lost her to General Edwards.
After the defeat of the Invid Regent, he went back to Earth on orders of Dr. Lang on an advanced fold-capable battlecruiser, but Dana Sterling stole it to bring the surviving Tirolians back home.
After the Invid invasion, he started betraying his troops to the Invid before meeting Scott Bernard's resistance team, and his change of heart led to his death.
