Locke was the name of a member of Silas' resistance group. During a mission on 29 November 2042, he was shot by a member of the Black Skulls outside Canyon Falls and died. The group gave his armor to their latest recruit, as well as his name; as the new member had amnesia. (Robotech: Invasion
