Dr. Lopez was a member of the RDF in the 2010s during the Malcontent Uprisings.
In August of 2018, Kimball's Centaur tank and was sprayed with some kind of chemical and Gillespie, Jonathan Wolfe and Max Sterling observed him. Kimball began freaking out and feeling overheated, then came out of his Tank but was restrained by RDF Soldiers in Protective Suits, only to die soon after. Dr. Lopez examined Kimball's body and found a rash on his back but did not find what was the cause of his death or Madness.
