"Macross 1: Boobytrap" was a comic released by Comico in 1985. It was based off of The Super Dimension Fortress Macross episode, "Boobytrap". It is notable for being an adaptation of a Macross episode rather than a Robotech one.
There was only one issue due to the English dub by Harmony Gold of Space Fortress Macross eventually becoming Robotech.
The issue was later reprinted by WildStorm Comics with its dialog altered to fit the Robotech take on the storyline.
