Melora I. Harte AKA Chelsea Victoria (born 29 October, 1942 in Los Angeles, CA) is an American voice actress. She was the voice of Musica, Octavia and Allegra in Robotech. She is also notable for voicing Marlen in the Genesis Climber MOSPEADA pilot and the character from "Bursting Point" who would inspire Seloy Deparra. In addition to voice acting in anime, she also adapted and directed several anime dubs. Her husband, Steve Kramer, is also a voice actor who has worked in Robotech.
