On 15 November, 2046 Nova suited up at mid night and went out to partrol the Monument City of Tirol while thinking of how she might as well go off duty and check up on friends while hoping her luck was not as bad as Sean's (Robotech: The Sentinels: Rubicon: Shadows of the Past).
At night Sean, Scott, Nova, JC Schletka and Dana were coming back from a bar. Dana was an ambassador and Sean had married Marie. JC wanted to hang out with "babes" and Sean asked what Meg would think if she heard that. Nova thought about how they lived more interesting lives that her and tried to keep Dana from goping back with JC after he slipped her Zentraedi Inhibitors at the bar and felt more willing and free and had some interest in Lancer. She thought about how Dana still kept getting into trouble and how Sean was wary of her as she had Praxian affiliation and they hated infidelity while his wifge trusted him more than Nova did. She also thought on how in a week, JC would be the focus of praise and admiration for unifying the REF years ago and how he should just be with Meg. She thought about how Scott was normally grim but Ariel helped him out of his shell and looked like His Fiancee. Back at their place, the door was open and Meg and Ariel were in danger and JC, Nova and Scott fought those who broke in. Ariel nailed 1 in the head and the rest fled. One man revealed he's Claude but his friends called him Cloud and Nova recognized him from when he was 7 and was a military brat like Dana. The item Ariel nailed the assailant with had Breetai's Mask in it, but it was actually someone elses mask (Robotech: The Sentinels: Rubicon: A Sort of Homecoming: Prologue).
