Comico

Rand was a cantankerous scavenger on Earth during the Invid Occupation of Earth. He found a Cyclone, and met Scott Bernard of the Robotech Expeditionary Force and became involved in the anti-Invid struggle. They then met Rook Bartley, Lunk, Annie LaBelle, and Lance Belmont, forming the core of the Robotech Rebels. During the next year, they traveled to Reflex Point and fought the Invid along the way. They also found Ariel.

During the third Earth Reclamation mission, the rebels were instrumental in convincing the Regess to depart.

Rand held feelings for Bartley throughout the time.
