Lieutenant Randall was a member of the Robotech Defense Force. In January 2019, she was was assigned to a YF-4 Lightning in Pegasus Squadron, a covert strike force deployed against the Malcontent leader Zeraal under the command of Rick Hunter. The squadron deployed from Monument City, and pursued Zeraal's band all the way to the Southern Grand Cannon, ultimately prevailing.
