"Symphony" is the 18th and issue of the Robotech: Invid War. It adapts the episode "Symphony of Light".
Plot summary[]
The resistance groups, including the Splinters, make final preparations with the REF to attack Reflex Point.
Meanwhile, the Splinters are running evac shuttles back to the Moon Base. Satori and Grau sneak their way on board and hijack it.
During the assault, Scott Bernard's group is fighting Corg. As General Reinhardt orders the launch of the Neutron-S missiles, the Invid Regess departs with her race, destroying the missiles.
When the does, the energy beam nearly hits the shuttle, forcing a crash landing, although Satori escapes.
Days later, Yellow Dancer celebrates with a concert. At the same time, John Carpenter and Cade are on the moon for a medal ceremony. Although Carpenter thinks the shuttle flights were a waste, Nobutu and the remaining Zentraedi will stay there. As they step forward, Carpenter and Cade reflect that they have their life together.
