Robotech 2.1: Remix is the first issue in the comic series focusing on an alternate dimension version of Robotech: The Macross Saga. It was published by Titan Comics starting in October 2019, written by Brenden Fletcher with Elmer Damaso handling the internal art.

Synopsis[]
At a party in New Macross City, Aahna introduces Captain Dana Sterling. She recounts the tale of how she arrived there.
Later, she views a hologram of her family, but she is interrupted by a young Bowie. Meanwhile, the SDF-3 under the command of Captain Lisa Hayes monitors fold disturbances at the moon. Suddenly, Zentraedi ships break through. She orders Vermillion Squadron to investigate.
The crew aboard the Zentraedi ship were concerned about disrupting the timeline while chasing a Vector Fighter, and departed after leaving some Power Armor to continue the chase. Max Sterling back on the SDF-1 orders his Veritechs to scramble and they realize the Vector Fighter could take Dana home.
Bowie goes to school and meets his friends. The Vector Fighter then flies overhead.
Sterling enters the battle as Skull Squadron was being wiped out by the alien Biodroids. The biodroid rams the Vector Fighter, and it crashes. The pilot crawls out, wounded.
