SDF-Mordecai

The SDF-Mordecai was a Human Battlefortress made by Dr. Gilles Vaudell.

History[]

In 1997 Vaudell finished his Island and Assent City and married Demont Vaudell but in 1999 was the Macross Incident and Gilles stole Robotechnology from the SDF-1 to create his own SDF. In 2001 he discovered the Protoculture Power Plant on the SDF-1 before the RDF and took Protoculture Samples to make his own Protoculture Matrix. When using the wrong done of Gravitational Force to his Protoculture he opened a portal to Pakalla and Una Von Raxe saw humans and liked what she saw as she wanted to use them top repopulate her Galaxy. After telling her kind where to meet her, she came through and it caused an accident that killed 7 scientists in the lab and irradiated Demont with Protoculture. Raxe shapeshifted and hid hear Gilles and whispered to him in his dreams to get him to colonize the Galaxy. In 2033 the Invid arrived and the IHE was protected with its Reflex Shield now powered by Antimatter. Also Gilles made a clone of himself to be a living computer called the Mordecai Mind and he established checks and balances based on merit for determining who would be given the Xalon Process. In 2035 the Invid Transfiguration caused them to lose their identity and go back 10 000 years before the universe and become the Pakalla universe. After Scott Bernard searched for the SDF-3 and little protoculture was left on Earth but the Saturn Attack Group went to using Reflex Furnaces. On 12 November 2045 the SDF was finished and launched but the Saturn Group attacked. Despite fold trouble, the Spleen is made the new Mordecai Mind and it's Super Space Fold Drives carried the ship at 66.666 lightyears every 3 days. On 23 November Sabrina Diaglo was the 1st Type Z Combat Clone made on the SDF. On 12 January 2046 the SDF made it to the Andromeda Galaxy and had encounters with the Monte Yarrow, leading to Rueis Keaguina sacrificing himself to save the SDF by Folding the enemy ship into a Black hole.

Its mission in the Andromeda Galaxy was to colonize 15 planets in it with 2000 infant clones each that would be raised by 500 Mordecai citizens to instruct them for a total of 30 000 Clones and 7500 citizens. In 306 years their descendants would join them among the stars at the center of the galaxy in 2355 and each colony would make a SDF as a Flagship.

As there was an edict of 0 population growth, when Bibi Ava wanted to return to Earth, they made a clone of her, but when Ava returned, they put her and the Zentraedi Child she brought with her in stasis.

On 12 September 2058 the SDF-Mordecai travelled the inner spiral of the Andromeda Galaxy and was near a White Dwarf. In the main vehicle dispatch bay were the Z Type Clones made 9 months prior and were taught the conduct of the ship. Each had an Iconoclast Type 5000 Android fighter and were under the command of Sabrina, who was late dealing with a meeting with her superior. The Iconoclast Fighters could communicate with each other and listened to Una Von Raxe. In the morning Gilles woke up in Assent City which had 30 000 citizens within the SDF and artificial sun and light and had buildings like on Earth. Loweth operated a Brownstone for the Ground Zero Club and there was the Prag Connery Apartments for those under house arrest. For the last 10 years the alien who took the forme of Rueis was in there. When Gilles turned around he saw Demont was in his bed and they talked about his favorite color before kissing and he recalled their past where she broke his arm as a child and broke Mordecai Law and he absolved her. He felt Neuron Sockets in the back of her head and knew she was not Demont but a clone of her used as the Mordecai Mind who was tired of being it and wanted wanted to be Demont. Without her running the ship, Una Von Raxe had assumed her place and has met Gilles in his dreams. In Assent City Hospital, Bibi Ava was released from her Stasis after a decade and had found the cure for her Flesh Breakdown. Her clone who replaced her disappeared in a battle over 8 months prior on Appak 6 but might have survived unlike the 3000 clones who fell. The lights went out as Raxe appeared to them as a massive hologram and said she was the one who gave Gilles the idea to colonize the Galaxy as it was her home once and the Monte Yarrow ravaged it so she wanted Humans to repopulate it as she liked their kind. But there are 7 Monte Yarrow Doom Ships left and it was the last of them and they want to attack the Earth so she's take control of the SDF's Space Fold Drives and return them to defend it. She also revealed herself as the new Mordecai Mind and vanished as the lights returned. (Robotech: Mordecai: 1)

The name Mordecai means "belonging to Marduk" the Babylonian Creation god.
