Shinji Aramaki (born 2 October, 1960) is a Japanese anime director and mechanical designer, born in Fukuoka Prefecture. He was a member of Artmic. He is noted for work on powered exoskeletons and his mecha and CG design on several anime series. His contributions to Robotech include the Mecha designs for Genesis Climber MOSPEADA. Other series h was involved with include Transformers, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, M.A.S.K., Fullmetal Alchemist, Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future and Sonic Unleashed.
