Super Dimendional Fortress Macross Title

Super Dimension Fortress Macross was a Japanese anime released in 1982. The anime was co-production for Big West, Studio Nue, Artland, and Tatsunoko Production. The show was going to be adapted with an English dub by Harmony Gold USA called Space Fortress Macross. Due to a small number of episodes needed for weekday first run syndication. It was adapted later into The Macross Saga, the first part of Robotech.
