Younger Wendell
Colonel Wendell Hamilton was a spokesman of the New European Commonwealth and member of the RDF in the mid 00s
In the past, he served with Henry Gloval and after finding 2 dead soldiers they realized an enemy is in the base. They snuck around to find they have taken their friend Amanda Devane captive at gunpoint. The enemy planed to blow the base and kill Amanda but Gloval in a fit of rage ran in taking 1 out with his firearm and beating out the other. The surviving enemy puled a gun on Gloval but Wendell intervened and is shot through the knee and the enemy escapes with a smoke grenade.
In may of 2005 he denied that the North American Nationalist group The Songs Of The Constitution were forming an alliance with the New European Commonwealth and said he did not approve of their methods, despite the United Earth Government claiming there is evidence of links between them involving atrocities in Pacifica.
In July he gave a speech in South Italy about less United Earth Government control and total privatization of the RDF, which appealed to the countries that hadn't recovered as well from the war. The section of Italy the speech was given was the unofficial HQ of the Nova Roma Federalist Movement that Wendell did not confirm nor deny support of, but said he's open to talks with peaceful groups.
